Main duty

1. Run SPC management methods to analyze QC data to ensure stable equipment status, timely discover unstable equipment and propose solutions;

2. Responsible for process optimization plan, expand process window and improve process capability;

3. Responsible for the implementation of the training program for the responsible machine;

4. Responsible for dealing with daily lithography process problems, completing analysis reports and completing relevant documents in time.
