  • Product Engineer

    Main duty

    1. Post-silicon verification, production test verification, production monitoring and optimization;

    2. Use calculation and simulation tools for application analysis and circuit concept evaluation, including switching characteristics, power loss and thermal analysis;

    3. Develop the hardware and software of the measurement test bench;

    4. Perform measurement and explain measurement results;

    5. Promote production tests, verify output, and release products in production;

    6. Monitor production trends after release to ensure production efficiency;

    7. Define and promote the optimization of production costs;

    8. Support the analysis requirements of quality, application, design engineers and production departments;

    9. Analyze, develop and optimize power electronic topologies and circuits to prove the advantages of GaN E-Hemts;

    10. Provide internal and direct customer support, including equipment selection, circuit design/troubleshooting, thermal/electrical and system solution analysis.

    Education


    1. University degree or equivalent or above;

    2. Electrical/electronic engineering/physics major.

    Requirement


    1. Design knowledge of power semiconductor devices, including gate driver design, switching behavior, Miller effect, circuit parasitics and loss calculation;

    2. More than 2 years of work experience in similar positions;

    3. Experience in measuring equipment, such as oscilloscopes, meters, and spectrum analyzers;

    4. Good statistical analysis skills and strong writing and communication skills;

    5. Work experience in component verification/measurement technology is preferred;

    6. Have basic knowledge of analog and digital control circuits/programming;

    7. Hardware design skills, such as discrete circuit development, printed circuit board design, Altium or Eagle design;

    8. Application knowledge DC-DC and VR knowledge;

    9. Good knowledge of English.
